4. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate instructions, authorised data, and lawful access to connected systems.
• Obtain required notices, consents, licences, and permissions from employees, customers, patients, users, or other data subjects.
• Review outputs, configure escalation paths, and prevent autonomous high-risk decisions without suitable oversight.
• Keep account credentials secure and promptly report suspected misuse.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the services for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, harmful, or rights-infringing activity.
• Do not upload malware, probe security controls, interfere with availability, scrape private areas, or attempt unauthorised access.
• Do not use AI outputs to impersonate people, make prohibited automated decisions, or evade applicable platform and communication rules.

6. Intellectual property

Agent Wallah retains rights in its website, software, methods, templates, documentation, branding, and pre-existing materials. Customers retain rights in content and data they lawfully provide. Ownership and licences for custom deliverables are governed by the applicable commercial agreement.

7. Third-party services

Services may depend on hosting providers, messaging platforms, model providers, payment services, telecom providers, and customer systems. Their terms, availability, security controls, pricing, and policy changes may affect delivery. Agent Wallah is not responsible for outages or acts outside its reasonable control.

8. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for security risk, non-payment, unlawful use, material breach, platform-policy violations, or conduct that may harm users or systems. Contract-specific termination rights remain governed by the relevant commercial agreement.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The public website is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, ranking outcomes, AI accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Agent Wallah excludes indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and loss-of-profit damages. 10. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any agreed dispute process, courts in Delhi will have jurisdiction. We may update these Terms when services, law, or operating practices change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
